Please call or e-mail for the exact location, to save your spot and discuss what materials you might want to bring. If you wish to "rent" Barbara's pastels to try them out, there is a $15.00 fee per class session to do so.

Watercolor and Pastel Still Life Painting in my Studio
October 16th (Saturday)
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
$79.00
We will work with watercolor and pastel or acrylic and pastel. You may want to rent Barbara's pastels: cost $15.00 per session plus the cost of the paper. If you need a supply list for the watercolor or acrylic part of the cost, e-mail for a supply list. You may also rent Barbara's supplies for the watercolor part of the workshop as well. Let her know what you already have for supplies.

Water and Pastel Workshop using photos in my Studio
October 23rd (Saturday)
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
$79.00
We will work with landscape photos and explore how to make color work in your compositions. Learn how to use the photo as the abstract underpinning of your painting rather than simply making a copy of your photo. The offer above for "renting" Barbara's supplies is also available for this workshop.

Acrylic Still Life Workshop in my Studio
October 30th (Saturday)
9:30 am - 12:30 pm
$79.00
We will explore using acrylics as watercolor would be used. Acrylics are brighter, more permanent and easily used with mixed media. Call or e-mail for a supply list. Learn to use Acrylic as you would watercolor

Unless noted otherwise, classes are held at Barbara's Studio at 1530 Lee Hill Rd #7, Boulder CO 80304, located in the Holiday neighborhood on Lee Hill Road east of Broadway and just west of Route 36 (28th Street).
